These terms apply when you use drinksabre.com. By using the site, you agree to them. The site is run by Kulta LLC (“Kulta,” “we”).
Using the site
Use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, break its security, or copy it in bulk.
Product information
We work to keep product details accurate, but the label on the can is the final word on ingredients, allergens, and nutrition. Kulta is a food, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Keep it refrigerated.
The waitlist and offers
Joining the list doesn’t place an order or guarantee availability. Launch dates, locations, perks, and prices can change. Any promotion may have its own terms, which we’ll show with it.
The founding-member free can is one per person, picked up in person at launch while supplies last. It has no cash value and can’t be transferred.
Orders
When the shop opens, prices, shipping, and return details will be shown at checkout and become part of these terms. We may limit or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error.
Reviews and notes you send
Your words stay yours. If you agree to share a review, you give us permission to post it on our site and channels with your first name and city, and to shorten it without changing its meaning. Reviews must be honest and your own. We may decline or remove any review.
Our content
The Kulta name, logo, can design, photos, and text belong to us. Please don’t use them without our permission.
Other sites
Links to other sites, like Instagram or TikTok, are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kulta isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
