This policy explains what we collect when you visit drinksabre.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is run by Kulta LLC (“Kulta,” “we”).
What we collect
- When you join the list: your email address.
- When you send a note: your name, email address, and message.
- When you write a review: your first name, rating, review, and anything optional you add, like your city.
- Automatically: basic, aggregated visit stats (pages viewed, referring site, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you across other sites. Our host also keeps standard server logs, like IP address and browser type, for security.
- When our shop opens: orders will be handled by Shopify, which collects what’s needed to take payment and ship your order.
How we use it
- To send launch news, updates, and offers you signed up for.
- To reply to your notes, and to post reviews you’ve agreed to share.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We use a few service providers to run Kulta, and they handle your information under their own privacy terms: Mailchimp (our email list), Web3Forms (delivers notes and reviews to our inbox), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Shopify (orders, once the shop opens). We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our emails may include standard measurement, like whether an email was opened. You can block that by turning off images in your email app.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@drinksabre.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have more privacy rights under state law. We’ll honor them, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
How long we keep it
We keep list information until you unsubscribe, notes for as long as we need to reply and keep normal business records, and reviews until you ask us to take them down.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or service can promise perfect security.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
